Having a baby hospitalized in a NICU can be frightening, confusing and overwhelming for parents.
In partnership with Innovis Health, The March of Dimes NICU Family Support team provides information and comfort to families of premature babies and other critically ill newborns being cared for in a Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
The March of Dimes and Innovis Health provide NICU families with a "Parent Care Kit" and parent activities to help parents through their NICU journey. The NICU Family Support Program addresses the needs of parents, siblings, grandparents and extended family throughout the hospitalization, during the transition home and in the event of a Newborn loss.
