Our Team will treat patients with chronic pain using all available and standard tools to optimize function, avoid addiction and maintain quality of life in a respectful and dignifying manner.
The Pain Clinic will provide medical and procedural interventions while coordinating with physical therapy, psychological evaluation via psychological services, alternative therapies (i.e. massage, acupuncture, hypnosis) or surgical referrals, as needed.

Latif Ougzin, MD
Pain Clinic Physician
Dr. Ougzin is an anesthesiologist by training and specializes in pain management at Innovis Health. He received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN. Dr. Ougzin has specialized in Internal Medicine, Anesthesiology, Critical Care Management and Pain Management.
Dr. Ougzin will work with patients to help them lead a normal, healthy lifestyle and minimize the negative effects of chronic pain.
