Digestive Health Services
Gastroenterology (GI) is a subspecialty of medicine that studies the digestive system and its associated organs, mainly the liver and pancreas. Innovis Health offers gastroenterology services provided by two board-certified gastroenterologists and a doctor of nursing practice.
In addition to our hospital consultations and clinic appointments, we offer an array of procedures to serve our patients and manage their digestive diseases.
The Innovis Endoscopy Center is a recognized member of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE), which offers certificates of recognition to honor endoscopy units committed to the highest standards of safety and quality.
The center operates off of a set of guiding principles developed by the staff of the Innovis endoscopy unit.

Appointments
Clinic appointments with our two physicians or nurse practitioner may be made by calling 701-364-8900 or 1-800-437-4054. The clinic accepts self-referrals for office visits, but patients may want to check their insurance coverage prior to calling as some insurance companies will require a primary physician referral.
Procedures such as colonoscopy and gastroscopy are most often scheduled either by a primary physicians’ referral or following a clinic appointment with one of our gastroenterologists. Self-referrals for screening colonoscopy may be accepted on a physician approved basis.

Once you are scheduled for a procedure with our endoscopy department, our patient education nurses will contact you with further information and instructions.
