Online Bill Payment

Innovis Health offers a safe and convenient way to pay your clinic and hospital bills online. Payments can be made using a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) or through an electronic withdrawal from your checking account. Click on the link below to get started...


Helpful Hints for Online Payments

  • All fields are required.
  • The account number must be entered exactly how it appears on your statement.
  • Payments for clinic and hospital statements must be made separately. We are not able to combine one payment at the same time for both the clinic and hospital.
  • A payment receipt will be emailed to you after the transaction verification is completed.
  • The address must be entered EXACTLY how it appears on your credit card or banking statement.
  • The credit card CVV (Card Verification Value) is the security code found on the backside of your credit or debit card, and usually consists of three to four digits. Learn more at WikiPedia
  • Payments of over $5000 are not eligible for the electronic checking account withdrawal.
  • Payments may take up to 7 to 10 days to be posted to your account.

Payment Guidelines

  • All accounts less than $500.00 must be paid in full within 30 days unless other arrangements have been made.
  • Innovis Health’s minimum monthly payment policy is 10% of your balance or $75.00, whichever is greater.
  • For cosmetic procedures, 100% of all estimated charges will be required prior to surgery.
  • No one will be denied emergency services at Innovis Health based on their ability to pay.
  • Programs are available to assist in developing a payment plan that will fit your budget.

You may receive two separate statements for your visit to Innovis Health. Billing statements received from Innovis Health Clinics are for services provided by our heath care professionals. Billing statements received from Innovis Health Hospital will list the charges for hospital facility-related services such as nursing, room/care, and other ancillary services.

Payments for all services may be made with cash, personal check, cashier’s check, money order or credit, debit or Flex benefits card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). Pay your account online using your credit/debit card or checking account.


Privacy

Due to federal privacy regulations, the Innovis Health Business Office may not be able to answer all of your questions regarding your spouse and/or other family members personal information. In order for us to do so, Innovis Health requires that an authorization form be completed with the patient's signature. Please complete the Release of Information Form and return it to us at the following address:
